The locks of this type are mainly used for connecting two profiles
at an angle of 90°.
They are generally divided according to their size. This measure
must be compatible with the section of the profile in which it is to be fitted.
We offer three options which enable various connections:
1. Popular Lock, which is characterized by the truncation of its fitting side,
which is parallel to an axis opening in a profile in which it is installed (Fig.
2. Reverse Popular Lock, which is characterized by the truncation
of its fitting side, which is perpendicular to an axis opening in a profile in
which it is installed. (Fig.2 ).
3. The Lock, which is characterized by the round shape of its
fitting side (Fig. 3).
The principle of fitting a lock is always the same It involves
cutting a diameter of 10mm in a profile, in which the lock is to be installed,
at the distance of 29,5 mm from its upfront surface. The only exception here is
the lock 10-07-640 which is intended for the profiles with a 4 mm wide groove.
In this case the cutting needs to be bigger, 13 mm, and at the distance of 44
mm from its edges.
In order to fix a lock to another perpendicular profile, the
fitting side of the lock needs to be adjusted in an appropriate groove of the
second profile. Then, using imbus spanner (hexahedron) the lock needs to be screwed.
